A good faux marble is more than a few veins painted on a coloured base. To imitate marble well requires research, and time should be taken to examine closely the marbles to be copied, to observe the subtle veining that runs through the finely nuanced base colour.


This description is the starting point for our work in replicating marble on Fireplaces, and other faux finishes as part of a decorative scheme. We will be adding more examples of this type of work as we progress the site.
